Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Lexppia collects, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the rights you have.
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Who we are
Lexppia provides software products — including Lexppia Firma, Lexppia Copilot, and Lexppia Soporte — that replace tools you already pay for. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered company details are pending and will be added here once finalized.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
- Technical data: session identifiers, security events, and basic device information needed to keep the service running safely.
- Preference data: the language you choose, stored on your device.
- Usage data: with your consent, analytics tools record pages visited, session length, and how you arrived at the site.
- Marketing data: with your consent, an ad pixel records whether you completed an action after seeing a Meta ad.
- Billing data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes payment details; we only store your subscription status.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and secure the service, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, measure advertising campaigns, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important changes. We keep collection to the minimum each purpose needs.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
We rely on consent for analytics and marketing cookies. We rely on the contract with you to run your account and billing. We rely on legitimate interests to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and operate it.
Analytics and marketing
Analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects page views, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location to build reports about how the site is used.
Conversion tracking: with your consent, the Meta Pixel matches actions on this site, such as sign-ups, with ads you may have seen, so we can measure campaign performance.
You can stop this processing at any time by disabling the analytics or marketing category in Cookie Settings. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Analytics.
Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
Analytics cookies last about 13 months; marketing cookies last up to 90 days. Aggregated reports are kept by the providers under their own retention settings.
Third-party services
We share data only with the providers below, and only the information each one needs to do its job.
- Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics, processed by Google. Legal basis: consent.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — ad conversion measurement, processed by Meta. Legal basis: consent.
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third parties' own marketing purposes.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data unless we must keep it for legal, accounting, or security reasons. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Cookie and local storage lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Where applicable law allows, you can:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data deleted where we have no legal reason to keep it,
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- object to direct marketing at any time,
- withdraw consent at any time, for example through Cookie Settings — this does not affect processing already carried out,
- receive the data you gave us in a usable format (portability).
To exercise any of these rights, email the address below. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Allowing analytics and ad cookies can count as "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out at any time by opening Cookie Settings and disabling the analytics and marketing categories.
- You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and receive it without discrimination.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy as the product changes. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current version, and significant changes are announced on the site or by email.
